What to know before your reservation
Licensed Professionals
Our nannies hold Japanese nursery-teacher qualifications and provide service in English. We hold your nanny's reservation slot for one week from inquiry until booking is confirmed.
Time Slot
Our service requires a minimum of 3 hours per booking and can accommodate up to two children.
Ages
We accept children aged 0 to 15 with no pre-existing medical conditions. For kids' activities without parental supervision, the minimum age is 6.
Identification
By the day of service, you'll submit a medical check sheet for your child's health/insurance, plus ID for both parent/guardian and child.
