Siblings — Two Children with One Nanny
One nanny can care for up to two children, at 150% of the listed rate.
Late-Night & Early-Morning — 10:00 PM–9:00 AM
A late-night fee of JPY3,700 per hour (tax included) applies to all plans, plus the nanny’s taxi fare of JPY11,000. With Signature or Prestige, package hours are used as normal and the late-night fee is paid separately.
Special Arrangement Fee — 12:00–6:00 AM
An additional JPY11,000 per three hours applies, in addition to the late-night fee above.
Transportation
JPY3,000 per dispatch (at cost).
Payment of Additional Charges
Late-night fees, transportation, taxi fares, and special arrangement fees are paid in advance when each session is booked.
Prepaid Packages
Signature and Prestige hours must be used within the stated validity period. Unused hours are forfeited at the end of that period and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Age Eligibility
Care is available for children aged 4 months and older, arranged in accordance with the child's age and individual needs.
Sibling Care
In accordance with Japanese childcare regulations, one nationally licensed caregiver may attend up to two siblings. Outings and excursions are available for children aged 13 and over.

All services are provided by nationally licensed childcare professionals, operated in full compliance with Japan's national childcare regulations.

What to know before your reservation
Licensed Professionals
Our nannies hold Japanese nursery-teacher qualifications and provide service in English. We hold your nanny's reservation slot for one week from inquiry until booking is confirmed.
Time Slot
Our service requires a minimum of 3 hours per booking and can accommodate up to two children.
Ages
We accept children from 4 months old, with no pre-existing medical conditions. Infants younger than 4 months may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided a parent or guardian stays in the same room throughout. For outings without parental supervision, the minimum age is 13.
Identification
By the day of service, you'll submit a medical check sheet for your child's health/insurance, plus ID for both parent/guardian and child.
