An Executive Learning Tour in Kamakura
Two days in Kamakura where zen stillness, the discipline of the sword, and the mountain paths the warriors walked sharpen the way you lead.
For eight centuries the way of the samurai held together discipline, foresight, craft, and stillness — and zen was how it was trained. Retreat ZEN draws those threads into two deliberate days: a way of seeing that carries straight into how you lead.
A guided walk along the Kewaizaka Kiridoshi, the historic cut-through pass into Kamakura.
A completely private seated-meditation session at Engakuji Obain, before general admission.
A private demonstration in the lineage of Masamune, one of Japan's greatest swordsmiths.
Private sauna, garden, and machiya stillness at NIWA KAMAKURA between sessions.
